In the spirit of great song-based improvisation -- whether it’s traditional roots, searing rock 'n' roll, psychedelic blues, galloping country or rhythmic reggae -- LOCAL 28 inhabits the essence of a song, exploring its intricacies and melodies until a new path has been found to follow. You'll hear a lot of things when you experience the band, but what you won’t hear is “Margaritaville” or “Brown Eyed Girl”.
